As we all know semiconductor design and getting quality in that is somewhat difficult task for that A*star has implemented a technology in AI for manufacturing of semiconductor with machine learning.
By this technology we need well engineer in microelectronics and also this task is very complicat because by increasing the advancement in the ic design increase the complexity.
This technology came on and the productive will increase rapidly compare to previous technology that means previous technology is to produce an ic is done by trial and error method for this process it takes so much time and also quality is not good. For the new tech AI for this we need qualified engineers required, because they have to know these things like AI algorithms, electronic design and automation and microelectronics
Then only they can learn how to do that practically.
That's why new technology is we call advancement .......

But only one drawback is well qualified engineers or workers needed for this work
